Anthony Dissen, MPH, MA, RDN, CPH has been a life-long student of nutrition, health, and wellness promotion. Anthony works as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Health Educator, focusing in plant-based nutrition, health humanities, and public health education, at both the University and Community Health levels.
Anthony holds a Masters of Arts in Holistic Health Studies from Georgian Court University and a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from eCornell. Anthony also completed his Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with an emphasis in Public Health Nutrition, and is Certified in Public Health (CPH) through the National Board of Public Health Examiners. Anthony is currently a doctoral student in the EdD in Organizational Leadership program at Stockton University with a focus in Critical Thinking Assessment of Pre-Health students.
Anthony currently works as an Instructor of Health Science at Stockton University in the School of Health Sciences, and has been an adjunct instructor at Georgian Court University and Rutgers University. Anthony has worked as an Integrative Health Educator and Dietitian at CentraState Medical Center, and as the Outpatient & Community Education Dietitian at University Medical Center of Princeton. Additionally, Anthony had the great joy to work at WellStart Health as their VP of Nutrition from 2018-2020, and has worked and volunteered for a number of non-profit organizations such as the Breast Cancer Resource Center of New Jersey, David's Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation, and Gilda's Club of South Jersey.
